We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic cloud sales initiatives across enterprise accounts in the North region. This role focuses on driving adoption of cloud consulting and managed services within large enterprises while building long-term relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong enterprise sales expertise with a consultative approach to help businesses accelerate their cloud transformation journey.

The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands enterprise technology buying cycles, and can independently manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting to closure. You will work closely with leadership, partner ecosystems, and internal teams to develop market strategies, expand enterprise engagements, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales growth by developing and executing strategic account plans and go-to-market initiatives
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Identify, structure, and close large enterprise cloud consulting and transformation opportunities
  • Develop sales pipelines through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery to create winning proposals and customer solutions
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and solution discussions independently
  • Work closely with cloud ecosystem partners and OEM teams to drive engagement and increase solution adoption
  • Analyze customer business needs and align cloud solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Lead account-specific growth initiatives, engagement programs, and revenue expansion strategies
  • Track market trends, customer buying behavior, and competitive positioning to identify new opportunities
  • Mentor and contribute to building a high-performing enterprise sales culture focused on growth and customer success
