About the Role

We seek motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to boost enrollments in our SAT/ACT prep programs for students planning to study in the USA and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise students and parents about SAT/ACT preparation programs
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls along with follow-up communications
  • Convert leads into paying enrollments and consistently meet monthly revenue goals
  • Identify student needs and suggest appropriate programs accordingly
  • Keep the CRM updated and monitor the sales pipeline effectively
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective students and their parents
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in EdTech, education sales, or inside sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Preferably experienced in high-value sales or counseling roles
  • Able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced startup culture
  • Experience with SAT, ACT, Study Abroad, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, or related fields is advantageous
