We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser with strong expertise in embroidery to lead end-to-end merchandising operations across textile, garment, or accessory projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of embroidery-based products—from concept development to final delivery—ensuring quality, precision, and timely execution. You will act as a key link between design, sourcing, production, and buying teams, driving seamless coordination and execution. This position requires deep technical knowledge of embroidery techniques and materials, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchandising for embroidery projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, production, and buying to ensure alignment
- Apply strong knowledge of embroidery materials, techniques, and processes to maintain product quality
- Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
- Oversee sampling, development, and production processes for embroidery-based products
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or quality concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive efficient communication across departments to ensure clarity and execution excellence

- 8–10 years of experience in embroidery merchandising within textiles, garments, or accessories industry
