We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that create measurable value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. A core part of your role will involve creating clear, comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that align stakeholders on product goals, features, and success metrics. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.

You will write detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with product objectives. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog will be a critical responsibility, requiring you to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

Operating within an Agile/Scrum framework, you will actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will collaborate with Scrum teams to remove blockers, refine requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. You will use these insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions, ensuring that the product remains competitive and customer-centric.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in digital product environments
  • Strong expertise in creating detailed and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and requirements
  • Experience in conducting market research and leveraging insights to drive product decisions

Good to Have:

  • Experience working in both Product Manager and Product Owner capacities
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and data interpretation
  • Exposure to customer journey mapping and UX principles

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is not just process-oriented but also outcome-driven. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of product outcomes. A strong sense of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning will help you succeed in this role.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with diverse teams, and building impactful digital products, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while growing your product management career.
