Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on the European market, you will be instrumental in spearheading outbound sales initiatives by identifying, prospecting, and securing qualified leads for our sales team. This position demands a highly driven and results-focused individual capable of engaging with enterprise-level decision-makers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Locate and connect with potential clients across Europe using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various communication platforms to start conversations and qualify leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Recognize customer challenges, requirements, and decision-making factors to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor products, and market dynamics in the European region.
  • CRM Management: Consistently document and monitor all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system, specifically HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to streamline the lead transfer process and enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an SDR in the European market within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to engage senior executives in large enterprises.
  • A goal-oriented approach with the capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend customer needs and pain points.
