About this role
- Eigenständige Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Pflege, Verwaltung und Prüfung von Personalstammdaten und abrechnungsrelevanten Informationen
- Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie externe Stellen (Krankenkassen, Finanzämter, Behörden)
- Betreuung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens (ELStAM, DEÜV, SV-Meldungen etc.)
- Prüfung und Verwaltung von Arbeitszeitkonten, Zuschlägen, Urlaub, Krankheit und weiteren personalrelevanten Daten
- Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerprüfungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Steuerfach / HR
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung oder Payroll
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Abrechnungssystemen (z. B. DATEV, SAP HCM, SAGE oder vergleichbare Tools)
