About this role
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen festen Mitarbeiterkreis
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Behörden in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Steuerberatung und Controlling
- Mitarbeit an der digitalen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse (z. B. Automatisierungen, Schnittstellen, Tools)
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Lohn & Gehalt
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung (DATEV, SAP oder vergleichbare Systeme)
- Verständnis für steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtliche Themen
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home Office
