About this role
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und Sozialversicherungsangelegenheiten
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter:innen und Behörden
- Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken für die Geschäftsführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Steuerberatung und Controlling
- Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Lohn & Gehalt

- Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
