Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört:
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Forderungen und Zwangsvollstreckung
- Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Schuldnern, Kunden,
- Kontakt zu den Mahngerichten und Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertragsanwälten
- Vereinbaren von Zahlungsvereinbarungen und Vergleichen
- Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Rahmen der Forderungsbeitreibung
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d)
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Forderungsmanagement bzw. Mahn- und Vollstreckungswesen mit
- Du arbeitest Selbständig und bist Diskret
- Eigenorganisation und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich
