About this role

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking experienced Constructability Review Specialists to support major K-12 capital improvement and construction programs. This role is ideal for senior construction professionals who enjoy collaborating with design and project teams during the preconstruction phase to improve project quality, reduce risk, and enhance constructability.

*Salary Range: $185K/Year-$210K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project requirements, scope, schedules, and interim housing plans
  • Provide value engineering recommendations during design development
  • Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, conflicts, errors, and omissions in design documents
  • Review and coordinate construction documents across multiple disciplines
  • Prepare comprehensive constructability reviews of pre-bid documents
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to improve project delivery
  • Support Design Managers and Owner Authorized Representatives throughout the preconstruction process

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 – Architecture / Construction Administration Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 15+ years of professional experience
  • 10+ years as a Construction Administrator
  • 5+ years as a Designer
  • Experience supporting public or educational facility construction projects
  • Experience on projects valued at $8M+ individually or $80M+ cumulatively

Option 2 – Construction Management Background

  • 15+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent or Project Manager
  • Experience managing public, educational, or large commercial construction projects
  • Experience on projects valued at $30M+ individually or $400M+ cumulatively

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction documents and coordination
  • Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • K-12, higher education, or public-sector construction programs
  • Large-scale capital improvement programs
  • Design coordination and constructability review
  • Value engineering and preconstruction planning
