As we scale globally, we’re hiring Sales Managers focused on outbound, pipeline generation, and closing global high-value deals.


The Role

You will own outbound efforts in your region - prospecting, opening conversations, and converting opportunities into paid partnerships and sponsorships.

We’re looking for professionals that are proactive, structured, and accountable for hitting their number.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and hit revenue targets
    Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly sales performance.
  • Drive outbound at scale
    Use cold email, LinkedIn, and calls to build pipeline across MedTech, HealthTech, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Close deals end-to-end
    From first contact to negotiation and signed agreement.
  • Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot
    Keep deals clean, updated, and moving through stages with clear next steps.
  • Use outreach and data tools
    Identify prospects, run sequences, and track performance across channels.
  • Follow up relentlessly
    Maintain deal momentum - no stalled conversations.
  • Represent MedTech World in-market
    Attend events and meetings to generate leads and accelerate closures.


What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong closing track record
  • High confidence in cold outreach and self-generated pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing platforms)
  • Ability to handle objections and close senior stakeholders
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking

Experience in sponsorship, events or media sales is a strong advantage.
