About the Role :
Sales
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales across key markets.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to enc
- ourage repeat business.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership agreements.
- Represent SiGMA at international conferences and networking events (travel required).
- Stay informed on industry trends to tailor sales pitches and inform event strategy.
Client Success
- Own the client relationship after the deal is closed, ensuring smooth handover and execution.
- Use HubSpot to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as agreed.
- Collect client assets, track deadlines, and provide ongoing support leading up to and during the event.
- Act as the client’s main point of contact for all post-sale queries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event cycle.
