Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on instruction during scheduled on-campus lab sessions
- Demonstrate clinical techniques, workflows, and best practices relevant to student training
- Support students by answering questions and reinforcing safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with Program Directors and Clinical Coordinators to meet lab objectives
- Maintain professional conduct consistent with institutional and clinical site standards
Qualifications
- Current lead technologist or senior technologist at an affiliated clinical site
- Actively involved in training or supervising students at the clinical site
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach in a lab environment
- Recommendation from a Clinical Coordinator or site leadership
Time Commitment
- One or more single-day lab teaching sessions, scheduled as needed
- Lab sessions are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; however, guest lab instructor hours may be flexible, with a minimum commitment of four (4) hours per session.
