About this role

We are seeking Process Operators to support a batch-based manufacturing operation producing highly engineered materials. This is a hands-on, process-driven role where success comes from attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured procedures while managing multiple steps in a production cycle.

In this role, you will operate and monitor a variety of equipment, collect and log process data, and ensure product quality throughout each stage of production. You will be expected to stay engaged with your process, perform regular checks, and respond to changes in real time to keep operations running efficiently.
