Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight is further strengthening its team by onboarding new talent. We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Account Manager to join our Commercial team at our Athens HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for career development in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key activities and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develops sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for the assigned accounts
  • Oversees account performance according to KPIs
  • Creates, monitors and implements a sales plan ensuring accomplishment of sales goals
  • Prioritizes business development as a task by seeking out new accounts and opportunities 
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics and create reports for internal use 
  • Participates in the development and monitoring of budget
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PM), on providing the best service to our customers
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Builds trustworthy relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador
  • Keeps abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business and economics or related field
  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in sales in industrial sector or in a relevant industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English. German language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to travel extensively abroad
