You Will

  • Responsible for building and managing YouTrip Thailand’s social presence, community engagement, and user engagement activities, while supporting broader marketing execution
  • Manage YouTrip Thailand’s social media operations across key platforms, including content coordination, posting schedules, social monitoring, and reactive user interactions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop social content, engagement ideas, and campaign materials that strengthen YouTrip’s voice and cultural relevance in Thailand.
  • Support campaign and marketing execution across online and offline touchpoints, coordinating with internal teams, creators, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth and impactful rollouts. 
  • Create and execute community engagement initiatives and online/offline activities, including roadshows and partner events, to strengthen user relationships, drive participation, and increase brand visibility. 
  • Engage directly with users through comments, messages, community activities, and engagement initiatives to cultivate an authentic community, manage audience sentiment, gather user feedback, and identify emerging social trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Communicate with empathy and professionalism in fast-moving or sensitive situations, including handling user concerns, complaints, and social escalations appropriately.
  • Monitor social conversations, community sentiment, and brand performance, and prepare recaps/reporting with actionable insights and user feedback for internal teams.


You Are

  • You have 2–3+ years of experience in social media, community management, digital marketing, or event execution.
  • You are social-first and culture-driven, with a strong understanding of internet culture, social trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • You enjoy engaging with people and naturally think of creative ways to build excitement, participation, and meaningful community relationships both online and offline.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, events, and moving parts simultaneously.
