Responsibilities
Plumbing Installations & Repairs
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services
- Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Complete work according to company quality and safety standards
Customer Service & Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Explain issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
- Deliver a positive, trustworthy customer experience
Job Site Management
- Arrive prepared and organized for each appointment
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas
- Keep company vehicles and equipment organized
Preventative Maintenance & Efficiency
- Identify preventative maintenance opportunities for customers
- Recommend solutions that help avoid future plumbing emergencies
- Suggest process improvements and workflow efficiencies when applicable
Must Have
- Proven professional plumbing experience including:
- Installations
- Repairs
- Ongoing maintenance
- Ability to identify and communicate preventative maintenance needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience improving job-site workflows or operational efficiency
- Strong sense of ownership from project start to completion
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a plumbing environment
