Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks
- Lead and execute projects including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, and plumbing work
- Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions across multiple trades
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and support office staff coordination
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or handyman services
- Strong proficiency across multiple trades
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely use a wide range of hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work

- Vocational or technical training in construction or related field
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
