About this role

Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Manager will drive growth within existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. He/ she will build and strengthen relationships at both C-level and operational levels, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Will Do:   

·       Manage and strengthen existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth.

·       Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to introduce new products and services to current clients.

·       Prepare, present and negotiate sales proposals, tender documents and client presentations to enhance client partnerships.

·       Build and deepen relationships with clients at all levels (C-level and operational), ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.

·       Collaborate with headquarters and internal sales teams to develop strategies, marketing support, and tailored client solutions.

·       Track competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Ensure consistent client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and high-quality service delivery

What Will You Bring:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.

·       Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software solutions sales, ideally in Banking and Wealth Management, in local and/or international markets.

·       Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
