About this role
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a high-performing team in Dublin 8, working with some of Ireland’s leading utility brands. This is a fully onsite position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
What’s on Offer:
- €29,000 base salary
- €10,000 Commission OTE (Uncapped)
- 25 days annual leave

About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding sales results through exceptional customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and consistent performance against targets. You’ll contribute to a culture of excellence through best-in-class planning, execution, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers daily, building strong and lasting relationships
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries efficiently
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to drive team success
- Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Previous experience in telecoms is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
