Job Description / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- บริหารและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการก่อสร้างและต่อเติมสาขา 24 Garage
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของ Project Coordinator ให้จัดทำเอกสารและลงข้อมูลในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง
- วางแผนและติดตามงบประมาณโครงการ (รายรับ–รายจ่าย / Cash Flow) ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างจากทีม Site Engineer
- ประสานงานร่วมกับ Construction Manager เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและเร่งรัดความคืบหน้าโครงการ
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในส่วนการเงิน เช่น การจ่ายเงินล่าช้า หรือการบริหารงบไม่ตรงตามแผน
- ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมเข้าช่วยสื่อสารหรือ “เข้าชาร์จ” เมื่อต้องการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- สรุปสถานะโครงการรายสัปดาห์ และเสนอรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
- ออกหน้างานเป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อประเมินความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพงาน
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 30–40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา (Civil Engineer) หรือ สถาปัตยกรรม (Architect)
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง / ต่อเติม / Renovation อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนก่อสร้างอาคารพาณิชย์ / งานต่อเติม และงานระบบพื้นฐาน
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet เพื่อจัดการข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์งบประมาณได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง คิดเชิงระบบ และทำงานได้หลายโครงการพร้อมกัน
- ทำงานวันจันทร์–เสาร์ (หยุดวันอาทิตย์)
- สามารถออกหน้างานเป็นครั้งคราวเมื่อจำเป็น
