หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- หาลูกค้าใหม่และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่ม Interior Designer Firms, Architects, Contractors
- แนะนำสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทให้ตรงกับความต้องการของแต่ละโครงการ
- วางแผนและลงพื้นที่พบลูกค้าเพื่อเสนอสินค้า
- ติดตามลูกค้าและโครงการ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสการขายระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและปิดการขาย พร้อมดูแลการส่งมอบให้ตรงตามที่ตกลง
- เก็บข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง และความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อนำมาปรับกลยุทธ์การขาย
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานขายวัสดุตกแต่งภายใน เฟอร์นิเจอร์ อุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
- รู้จักวงการ Designer, Architect, Contractor จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะ การสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรอง ที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานเชิงรุก (Proactive) และบริหารลูกค้าหลายโครงการพร้อมกันได้
- มี รถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่
สวัสดิการประจำตำแหน่ง
- ค่ารถ (Car Allowance): 3,000 บาท/เดือน
- ค่าน้ำมัน (Fleet Card): 3,000 บาท/เดือน
- ค่าคอมมิชชั่น: 1 - 1.5% จากยอดขาย
