  • Educate and mentor the provider team, holding them accountable to clinical, professional, and documentation expectations.

  • Supervise clinical practice, professionalism, and documentation of medical providers.

  • Conduct annual and semiannual performance reviews for supervisees, providing meaningful feedback and development goals.

  • Attend and actively participate in director and leadership meetings to align medical operations with organizational objectives.

  • Independently manage projects assigned by the Senior Medical Director (SMD) or CEO, collaborating with clinic and department leads to ensure timely completion.

  • Support staff morale and well-being, modeling Porch Light Health’s values and commitment to the mission of recovery and compassionate care.

Collaboration & Quality Improvement

  • Partner closely with counselors, peer recovery specialists, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

  • Monitor provider performance and patient outcomes, leading initiatives for continuous quality improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state MAT regulations, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.

  • Participate in and support the development of clinical workflows and operational efficiencies.
