Ubicación: San José Iturbide, Guanajuato (100% Presencial en Planta).
Horarios: Disponibilidad absoluta para rolar 3 turnos
- 06:00 am-2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm 9::00pm
- 9::00 pm- 06:00 am
Nota: (se trabajan 6 días se descansan 2)
- Titulado en Ing. en Sistemas, Comunicaciones, Redes o carrera afín.
- Experiencia: Al menos 2 años en soporte técnico de TIC.
- No tener inconvenientes por el traslado
- Disponibilidad inmediata
- Inglés básico.

- Capacidad de resolución de conflictos.
Principales actividades a realizar:
- Soporte Técnico: Atender incidentes y requerimientos de Hardware y Software de forma presencial y remota como backup para diferentes clientes.
- Mantenimiento: Ejecutar el plan preventivo para laptops, impresoras, scanners y sistemas de audio.
- Gestión de Redes: Asegurar la operatividad del cableado estructurado y accesos a la infraestructura de red.
- Proveedores: Coordinar actividades de mantenimiento externo y gestión de garantías.
- Documentación: Registrar cada actividad en la herramienta de tickets, asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Dominio experto de Windows 10+ y Microsoft Office.
- Mantenimiento físico de equipos (limpieza, cambio de pasta térmica)
- Manejo de CRM y herramientas de inventario.
- Sueldo base
- Prestaciones de ley
- Bono trimestral de acuerdo a objetivos
- Bono por rotar turnos
