Serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico en sitio a usuarios finales, soporte a software y hardware; encargado de atender las necesidades de los usuarios y asegurar la continuidad en las operaciones del cliente.
Zona de Trabajo : Cananea Sonora, Codigo Postal: 84620
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00am a 5:30pm
Disponibilidad Ocasional Sábado:8:00am a 1:00pm.
- Licenciatura/ Ingeniería en sistemas o afín (Tsu, titulado o en proceso de titulación)
- Experiencia brindando soporte en sitio a usuarios de TI 1 año mínimo
- No tener inconvenientes por el translado
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
Conocimiento en:
- Experiencia brindando Soporte remoto y en sitio a usuarios ( 1 año de experiencia)
- Uso de herramienta de tickets
- Resolución de incidentes y problemas
- Instalar, solucionar problemas de DSL/VPN/inalámbrico
- Pruebas de red y cableado
- Pruebas de conectividad.
- Soporte a Hardware y Software ( Computadoras, impresoras, dispositivos de red, etc.)
- Conocimiento de ITIL
- Soporte a impresoras y correo electrónico
- Active directory
- Instalación, configuración y resolución de problemas en sistemas operativos de servidores y estaciones de trabajo.
