About this role
Serás encargado de brindar asistencia y soporte a los usuarios durante las actividades donde es requerido montar equipamiento audiovisual, instalación de pantallas ya sea en eventos del corporativo, así como en las salas de juntas etc.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8:00am 5:45pm.
Disponibilidad: para atender eventos fuera del horario laboral o fines de semana en caso de ser requerido.
Modalidad: 100% presencial
Ubicación: Avenida Bicentenario, La Cantera, 37988 San José Iturbide, Gto
- Licenciatura / Ingeniería en Sistemas, Comunicaciones y Redes o afín.
- 1 año de experiencia en Soporte de TIC´s.
- Excelente actitud y servicio al cliente
- No tener inconvenientes por el traslado
Experiencia en:
- Armado, configuración, montaje, pruebas (Proyectores, pantallas)
- Dirigir Videoconferencias por medio de ( Google Meet )
- Soporte y mantenimiento de equipo Audiovisual.
- Atención a usuarios y solicitudes e incidentes de TI a (1 año mínimo)?
- Resolución de incidentes y requerimientos de acuerdo a SLA’s . (1año mínimo)
- Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento de hardware a través de proveedores externos.
- Sistema Operativo Windows ver 10 o mayor
- Uso de tablas dinámicas
- Mantenimiento y Servicio PCs. y Laptop
- Cableado estructurado
- Sueldo base
