Empresa líder en soluciones tecnológicas busca Ingeniero de Soporte a Usuarios en Sitio para integrarse al equipo de TI, brindando atención directa a usuarios y asegurando la continuidad operativa de los servicios tecnológicos.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Brindar asistencia técnica a usuarios finales, atendiendo incidencias y solicitudes relacionadas con infraestructura tecnológica, con el propósito de habilitar y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios de TI.

UBICACIÓN

  • Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua C.P. 32695

HORARIO

  • Lunes a viernes: 08:00 a 18:00 hrs.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios (incidentes y solicitudes)
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos
  • Gestionar inventario de activos de TI
  • Coordinar mantenimiento de hardware con proveedores externos
  • Ejecutar movimientos y control de inventario
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios tecnológicos
  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas o afín
  • Inglés intermedio (B2)
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en soporte técnico (TIC’s)

HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS

  • Sistemas operativos: Windows 10/11, Linux, macOS
  • Microsoft Office (incluye manejo de tablas dinámicas)
  • Active Directory
  • Configuración de VPN’s
  • Creación y administración de máquinas virtuales
  • Configuración de routers y switches (Cisco)
  • Mantenimiento de PCs y laptops
  • Cableado estructurado
  • Uso de CRM (SAP, NetSuite o similares)

Deseable:

  • Certificación ITIL
  • Certificación CCNA (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
  • Sueldo bruto mensual: $21,000.0 - $23,000.0
