ING. DE SOPORTE EN CAMPO (EVENTUAL) – icorp | Tijuana
Buscamos un Ingeniero de Soporte en Campo (eventual) para brindar asistencia técnica en distintas ubicaciones según las necesidades del cliente. Serás responsable de realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a equipos en campo, así como de proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios en diversas instalaciones.
- Zona a laborar: Baja California, 22225 Tijuana.
- Movilidad: Disponibilidad para viajar cuando se requiera.
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hrs y Sábados de 8:00 a 14:00 hrs.
- Carrera en Sistemas, Informática, o afín (Trunco, Pasante o Titulado)
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico en campo (manejo de herramientas físicas, cambio de refacciones, instalación de software y mantenimiento preventivo).
- Conocimientos en hardware y software
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Actitud de servicio y habilidades para resolver problemas
- Gestión de incidentes y gestión del nivel de servicio
Responsabilidades:
- Soporte técnico en campo a equipos de cómputo, impresoras, y sistemas de comunicación
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de hardware y software
- Clasificación y diagnóstico de incidencias
- Documentación precisa de procedimientos y mantenimientos realizados
- Gestión de tickets y seguimiento de requerimientos de clientes
- Prestaciones de ley
