Ubicación: Parque Industrial Saltillo
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 6:00 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
¿Qué harás?
- Brindar soporte técnico presencial a usuarios (hardware, software y redes).
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes de manera ágil, cumpliendo con SLAs.
- Instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento a equipos de cómputo e impresoras.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo (limpieza, actualizaciones, respaldos).
- Coordinar refacciones, proveedores y visitas técnicas cuando sea necesario.
- Capacitar y orientar a usuarios para el correcto uso de herramientas tecnológicas.
- Experiencia en soporte técnico (nivel 1 / 2).
- Inglés básico
- Enfoque en solución de problemas y atención al cliente.
- Organización, seguimiento y sentido de urgencia.
- Conocimientos en hardware, software, redes y herramientas de diagnóstico.
- Experiencia en Active directory
- Excelente ambiente de trabajo
