Dafür suchen wir einen unternehmerisch denkenden Head of Sales (w/m/x), der unser Sales- und Customer Service-Team aufbaut und mit uns gemeinsam den Markt neu definiert.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Sales- und Customer-Service-Teams
- Verantwortung für den Vertrieb von HeavenHR 2.0, unserem neuen Kernprodukt
- Lead Management: Du gehst proaktiv auf Interessenten zu – keine langen Strategiepapiere, sondern direkt anrufen, überzeugen, abschließen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer skalierbaren Sales-Strategie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Marketingteam, um Feedback aus dem Markt einzubringen
- Aufbau effizienter Prozesse zur Steigerung der Conversion und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für Umsatzwachstum, Forecasts und Reporting direkt an die Geschäftsführung
Dein Profil
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, idealerweise im SaaS- oder HR-Tech-Umfeld
- Du bist unternehmerisch, ehrgeizig und lösungsorientiert - du willst Dinge bewegen, nicht verwalten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, pünktlich, schnell und mit klarem Fokus auf Resultate
- Du fühlst Dich wohl in einem Umfeld mit hohem Tempo und flachen Hierarchien
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - telefonisch, digital und im direkten Gespräch
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
