Overnight Monitoring Analyst

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Sula office.

***Full Time Position & ON SITE***

Responsibilities:

• Analyze driver behavior to ensure road safety.
• Coach drivers over the phone or calling them in person regarding their behavior analysis.
• Report High Risk drivers based on their behavior analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports regarding driver coaching and trainings.
• Coordinating with dispatch and driver trainers to ensure proper coaching and training.
• Process Video retrieval request from claims team.
• Meetings with Dashcam Vendor for any existing issues.
• Coordinating with shop in case found any technical issue with the Dash cam.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer/ tech savvy and adapt to new softwares quickly
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal English
• Strong computer skills, must have experience with Window 7 or higher, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Internet
• Strong decision-making ability – shows good judgment and confidence.
• Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision and to act swiftly on projects & goals outlined.
