Resident Engineer (HPE Aruba ClearPass)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer – HPE Aruba ClearPass to provide onsite Level 3 technical support, operational management, and maintenance of Aruba ClearPass solutions within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network access control (NAC), authentication technologies, Aruba networking solutions, and enterprise network operations.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field

✅ 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Security, or Aruba Networking environments

✅ Hands-on experience with:

HPE Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager

Aruba Wireless, Controllers, and Switching

RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X Authentication

Active Directory, LDAP, SSO Integration

Network Access Control (NAC)

LAN/WAN/WLAN Technologies

Aruba Central and AirWave (preferred)

✅ Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

✅ Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments

✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Aruba certifications such as ACCP, ACCX, ACMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
