About this role

Define and own the overall testing strategy and approach for the transformation program.

ā€¢ Plan and manage all test phases including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression.

ā€¢ Coordinate test execution across functional, technical, and business teams.

ā€¢ Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality against business requirements.

ā€¢ Govern defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.

ā€¢ Maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and execution reporting.

ā€¢ Ensure test readiness and sign off for cutover and go live decisions.

ā€¢ Support post go live validation and stabilization testing.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Testing as Lead
