ā€¢ 10+ Year of Performance testing experience
ā€¢ Strong knowledge of Performance Bottleneck analysis using various tools
ā€¢ Knowledge of Neoload Tool (is positive)
ā€¢ Knowledge of Load Runner (Must have)
ā€¢ Leadership knowledge ā€“ Performance strategy, Plan and Reporting
ā€¢ Engineering concepts of working with dev for Stress, Load and Endurance testing
ā€¢ Collaboration with other team
ā€¢ Excellent communication skills

Must Have Skills:

ā€¢ Knowledge of J-meter

ā€¢ Automation knowledge

ā€¢ Retail domain knowledge
