Tender Specialist

A leading Greek company in the field of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work safety equipment. Tender Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, identify, and evaluate public and private tender opportunities in line with company priorities
• Analyze tender requirements and coordinate the preparation of compliant tender submissions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender dossiers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
• Manage tender timelines and ensure effective coordination, follow-up, and communication across all involved parties
• Monitor tender evaluation processes and support contract award, legal coordination, and post-award documentation
• Maintain accurate tender records, reporting, and availability of company certifications and supporting documentation

• Proven experience in tender management or a similar role
• Solid knowledge of public and/or private tender procedures
• Experience with tender platforms such as ESIDIS, Promitheus, KIMDIS, CosmoONE, iSupplies, TED or similar will be considered an asset
• Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. Soft1) will be considered an asset
