  • BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
    • Rate is based on years of related experience
  • BHT assignments available throughout Chester County, PA areas

    • Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-3:15pm at Gordon Early Literacy Center
    • Monday-Friday 8:45am-2:15pm at the Child and Career Development Center
    • Monday-Friday 9am-4pm at King's Highway Elementary School
    • Monday/Tuesday 4:30pm-6:30pm, Wednesday 4:30pm-6pm, Thursday 4:30-5:30pm, Saturday 11:45am-12:45pm Home and YMCA
  • Downingtown, PA:
    • Monday-Friday 8:45am-3:45pm in a school setting
    • Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:30pm in a school setting
    • Monday-Friday 11:00am-1:00pm
    • Monday-Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday or Sunday 2 hours in home
    • Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm
    • Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm and Saturday/Sunday 3-4 hours each day in home

    • Monday-Friday 7:30am-8:45am in home
    • Monday-Friday 3pm-5pm in home
  • Landenberg, PA:
    • Thursday and Friday 9:00am-11:00am in home
    • Monday-Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday/Sunday flexible in home
  • Newtown Square, PA: 1-2 weekdays Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm in home
  • Oxford, PA:
    • Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00am in home
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm in home
    • 2 times/week 1.5 hour sessions after 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday flexible hours in home
  • Parkesburg, PA: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm-5:30pm in home
  • Pottstown, PA: Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm in home
  • West Chester, PA:
    • Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm in verbal behavior early intervention classroom
    • Monday-Friday 1:00/2:00pm-5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm (any hours that work half day) in home
    • Tuesday and Thursday 2 hours after 4pm, Saturdays starting at 10am and Sunday afternoons in home
    • Monday 3pm-6pm, Saturday/Sunday flexible hours in home
    • Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-6:00pm in home
    • Thursday 4:00pm-6:00pm and Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm in home
  • West Grove, PA: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm in early intervention verbal behavior classroom

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI
  • TB Screening
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
