We have offices in London, Los Angeles and Paris and are expanding into broader documentary and scripted content.

About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Editors to work across our award-winning productions.

As an Editor at Box to Box, you will be central to crafting compelling, narrative-driven stories from hours of footage. Working closely with Directors and Producers, you will shape the editorial structure, build emotion and pace, and deliver cuts to the highest creative and technical standards. You will work collaboratively but also be comfortable leading your own editorial decision-making within a brief, while adapting flexibly to feedback.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience editing documentary or factual content at a high level.
• Strong storytelling instincts, with a keen sense of pace, tone and character.
• Skilled in professional editing software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Directors and Producers, while bringing your own creative ideas.
• Calm under pressure, with a flexible and solutions-focused approach.
