About the Role

We are looking to connect with outstanding Executive Producers and Showrunners, to lead major projects across our expanding production slate.

As an Executive Producer at Box to Box, you will oversee productions from concept through to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, editorial integrity, and production excellence are maintained. You will foster collaboration across development, production and post-production teams, lead strategic relationships with global partners, and be instrumental in driving the creative and commercial success of each project. You will also play a key role in developing new concepts and ideas aligned with the Box to Box brand.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience as an Executive Producer or Showrunner within premium documentary or factual production.
• Strong creative leadership, editorial judgement and market insight.
• Excellent relationship management skills with streamers, broadcasters, talent and partners.
• Strategic oversight of schedules, budgets, team leadership and compliance.
• A passion for powerful storytelling and a deep understanding of the global content landscape.
