About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Directors of Photography, Lighting Technicians, and Camera Crew to join our pool for upcoming productions.

At Box to Box, visuals are at the heart of our storytelling. As part of our Camera and Lighting team, you will be responsible for helping to craft striking, cinematic imagery that enhances narrative and tone. Whether leading the creative vision as DOP or supporting its execution through camera operation or lighting, you’ll work closely with Directors and Producers to realise the look and feel of each project. Our crews operate across varied environments—from intimate interviews to high-paced, multi-camera sports shoots—and need to be technically skilled, adaptable and collaborative.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in camera or lighting roles on high-end factual, documentary or sports productions.
• Strong visual sensibility and understanding of cinematic style and composition.
• Technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting setups and shoot logistics.
• Ability to work flexibly in fast-paced, on-location environments.
• A calm, solutions-driven approach and a collaborative team spirit.
