About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Team Leader to provide ongoing leadership and operational support to the Branch Administration and Sales Coordination team in Brisbane. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activity, managing order and invoice processes, and ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead, support and provide assistance to sales support staff within QLD.
  • Review customer orders for both new and second-hand lift trucks’, ensuring all relevant information has been provided by the salesman team.
  • Working closely with Sales, Head Office, Production, Workshops and external stakeholders, you will oversee end-to-end order management, forecasting, invoicing, reporting and general administration functions.
  • Ensure that the Workshop schedule is up to date and correct as well as in line with the sales forecast expectations.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may delay invoicing or delivery and actively support month-end sales activity.
  • Process job cards and warranty job cards.
  • Manage parts department weekly cycle count.

  • Team Leader experience is desired but not essential.
