About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Sound Recordists, Sound Assistants and Audio Engineers to join our Talent Pool for upcoming productions.

Sound is a vital part of the storytelling process at Box to Box. Whether capturing intimate on-location dialogue, mixing live environments, or ensuring the highest quality audio in post-production, our sound team plays a key role in delivering the emotional tone and technical standard of our content. Depending on the role and stage of production, responsibilities may include location sound recording, boom operation, sound mixing, syncing and managing audio files, or ensuring smooth delivery in post. Roles may span from shoot support to edit-based audio work.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in sound recording, sound assisting or post-production audio for TV or documentary.
• Strong technical knowledge of location sound equipment and audio workflows.
• Understanding of clean dialogue capture and mixing in varied environments.
• Ability to work flexibly across fast-paced shoots or edit schedules.
• Excellent team collaboration skills and a calm, solutions-driven mindset.
