As a Crown Field Service Technician, you will enjoy variety, autonomy and daily problem‑solving as you:

  • Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs on industry‑leading equipment
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns, keeping customers running and downtime to a minimum
  • Manage your day efficiently using our mobile field technology
  • Maintain your fully stocked service van and accurate service records
  • Work with some of Australia’s leading businesses across diverse industries
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance

All while being supported by an experienced team behind you to provide high‑quality service.

New to forklift servicing? No problem.

You will be set up for success with:

  • An intensive 8‑week onboarding program
  • Ongoing, industry‑leading technical training
  • Clear pathways to progress into senior technician, management, engineering or specialist roles

At Crown, we invest in our people for the long haul.

What we are looking for

  • Mechanical aptitude with strong fault‑finding skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience as a service technician or forklift mechanic is highly regarded but not essential

If you are motivated, reliable and keen to grow, we want to hear from you.
