Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and maintenance for large-scale software applications and projects
  • Support training efforts and onboarding for new users by providing guidance and documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of support cases, including actions taken and outcomes, using appropriate ticketing or issue tracking systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, perform analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges effectively
  • University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus)
  • Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher
  • Very good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
  • Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET Core as backend
  • Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business requirements
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language
