La risorsa, anche con esperienza minima nel ruolo, si occuperà della gestione, tracciamento e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica di progetto, garantendo correttezza, aggiornamento e distribuzione controllata verso stakeholder interni ed esterni.
Responsabilità principali:
- Gestione e aggiornamento del registro documentale di progetto
- Archiviazione e controllo qualità della documentazione tecnica in ingresso/uscita
- Supporto nella distribuzione documentale verso clienti, fornitori e team di progetto
- Verifica conformità documentale rispetto a procedure e standard aziendali
- Interfaccia con con gli altri dipartimenti per il flusso informazioni
- Buona conoscenza di italiano e russo (scritti e parlati), nonché dell'inglese
- Buona padronanza di Excel e strumenti di gestione documentale
- Gradita esperienza pregressa presso realtà industriali/oil and gas
