About this role

We are seeking an experienced EPC Lead / Chief Project Engineer (HIP – ODI) responsible for the overall management of ODI activities and coordination of all engineering disciplines within the project. The role requires strong technical leadership, structured project oversight, and direct interface with stakeholders across complex industrial environments.

Lead and manage ODI scope within EPC projects.

Coordinate all engineering disciplines to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery.

Oversee design development and technical compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Interface with clients, contractors, inspectors, and authorities.

Monitor project progress, risks, and technical performance.

Ensure documentation, reporting, and approvals are properly managed.

Support commissioning and handover phases as required.Authorized Engineer (ČKAIT) – Technological Equipment of Buildings (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Proven experience managing at least 2 projects in power plants, heating plants, or industrial technological facilities.

Strong understanding of EPC project structures and multidisciplinary coordination.

English proficiency for technical and professional communication.

Structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
