Die Intertek Industrial Services GmbH sucht ab 01.04.2024 einen Accounting & Invoicing Specialist (m/w/d/x) in Vollzeit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Verträgen, Projekten und Kostensätzen im operativen EVO-System
- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Kunden- und Lieferantenrechnungen sowie proaktives Forderungsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten, einschließlich Finanzanalysen und Ergebnisprüfung
- Überwachung nicht fakturierter Arbeiten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operationsteam
- Administrative Aufgaben wie Ausgabenverwaltung und Koordination von Büromaterialbestellungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder ähnliche Qualifikation) mit Schwerpunkt im Finanzwesen
- Erfahrung mit operativen Finanzsystemen von Vorteil
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
