React.js Developer (Hybrid)

PLANET S.A., the leading Greek management and project management consulting and Enterprise solution company, is looking for a React.js Developer, to join their extensive Digital Services and Solutions Division.

Working within the Planet software development and digital services division will provide candidates with an agile and sheltered cooperation environment for developing their skills as well as being productive in large enterprise projects.

Development teams within Planet work in a highly agile manner and within a mentored scheme for skills’ development of team members.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js
• Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Learn and understand user interactions
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers

• At least 1+ year experience in the same or similar positions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• Familiarity with Redux
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of React Native and NodeJs will be considered as a plus
• Familiarity with code versioning tools Git
• Excellent collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
• Bs/Ms degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
