About this role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Major Appliance Service Company. This role requires excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
๐ Job Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings
โ๏ธ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided)
โ๏ธ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction
โ๏ธ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed
โ Job Requirements:
โ๏ธ Must be based in the Dominican Republic
โ๏ธ Excellent phone communication skills
โ๏ธ Basic computer proficiency
โ๏ธ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
โ๏ธ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
๐ Work Schedule:
๐ Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Full-time, WFH setup)
