About the Role
You’ll be part of the clinical engine that powers everything we do. Based in our Malaysia office and reporting to the International Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll analyse and review Holter studies across the Asia region using our cloud platform BeatBox.
This is a hands-on clinical analysis role suited to an experienced Cardiac Physiologist seeking a stable, non-shift environment with strong work/life balance — while still operating at a high clinical standard.
You’ll manage workflows, meet turnaround SLAs, and ensure every report delivered is accurate, clear and clinically meaningful.

Key Responsibilities
- Analysing and reviewing Holter monitor studies with clinical accuracy and sound judgement
- Identifying significant rhythm events and summarising findings clearly
- Allocating incoming studies and managing workloads via BeatBox
- Meeting customer SLA turnaround times without compromising quality
- Supporting regional clinical operations and daily workflow requirements
- Responding to clinical and operational queries across the Asia region
- Contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with the broader global clinical team
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in cardiac analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of cardiac terminology and rhythm interpretation
- Experience analysing Holter studies in a clinical or diagnostics environment
- Associate Diploma or University Degree in Science (or equivalent)
- High attention to detail - accuracy is your superpower
- Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet KPIs and SLA timeframes
