Key Responsibilities
• Keep track of orders and inventory
• Review invoices and ensure timely payments
• Monitor and improve existing processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide high-level administrative support
• Native English speaker
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
• Experience working with management or accounting software
• Familiarity with Sage Management software is required
